About Me

I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, where I attended Canisius College and received my undergraduate degree in Biology. I then received a Masters degree in Physiology at the Medical University of South Carolina where I authored or co-authored many publications and presented research at several national meetings. I also received my medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina.

During medical school, I worked as an extern at Parkland Memorial Hospital on labor and delivery. It was after that experience that I decided to move to Dallas to complete my residency at Parkland, known for delivering more babies yearly than any other hospital in the United States. I completed a four year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Parkland Memorial Hospital and was named Chief Resident my final year.

I take an interest in women of all ages, from their teen years through menopause. My special interests include high risk pregnancies, office based procedures including hysteroscopic sterilization and endometrial ablation, and robotic surgery.

I live in Arlington with my family.  In my free time I enjoy participating in recreational athletics, following my favorite sports teams, and spending time with my family.
