About Me
Medicine allows me to bridge my love of biology with my belief in serving people.
I was born in Dallas.
My honors include Alpha Omega Alpha, Texas Who's Who 1995, D Magazine's Best Doctors 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011, and Texas Monthly Best Doctors 2010.
My hobbies are gardening, photography, and investing. I am also active at Dallas Chinese Bible Church.
My wife Janet is a nationally reconized teacher( Fulbright Scholar, USA Today Top 20 teacher in 2004, PISD Teacher of the Year).. My daughter, Rebecca, is a resident in obstetrics and gynecology at Tufts Medical School in Boston. My son, Stephen, has just finished his Student Teaching to be a Biology Teacher and my youngest son, Michael, is studying computer science and business at UT Austin. We live in North Dallas.
