Prior to your initial appmt being scheduled Dr. Prescott will need to review pertinent medical history. Please have your PCP fax records including any labs or radiology reports. Once records are received please allow 24-48 hours for review. Our office will call to schedule the initial appmt."  ***Dr Prescott is not treating new fibromyalgia cases at this time.
