The Medical Clinic of North Texas, P.A. (MCNT) is a dynamic physicians' group located in Dallas-Fort Worth. With 42 clinics in Arlington, Bedford, Benbrook, Burleson, Carrollton, Cleburne, Coppell, Cross Roads, Dallas, Denton, Farmers Branch, Flower Mound, Fort Worth, Frisco, Irving, Lake Worth, Mansfield, North Richland Hills, Plano, and Saginaw, MCNT offers convenient locations all around the metroplex.
MCNT physicians are board-certified primary care physicians and specialists who are committed to promoting good health and healthy lifestyles for their patients. Most importantly, our physicians place the patients' needs above all else. To focus more on the quality of patient care, they have chosen to have their business/administrative matters handled by Impel Management Services, L.L.C. located in North Richland Hills.
All MCNT locations are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., and some locations offer extended and weekend hours. Patients are seen by appointment only, but most of our physicians offer same-day sick visits. MCNT offers expert medical care in the areas of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Allergy & Immunology, Cardiology, Endocrinology, General Surgery, Geriatrics, Infectious Disease, Interventional Pain Management, Neurology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Psychotherapy, Podiatry, Rheumatology, Sports Medicine, Travel Medicine and Diabetes Education. Executive Director
Karen Kennedy is Chief Executive Officer of Impel Management Services, LLC, a physician Management Company, and Chief Administrative Officer of the Medical Clinic of North Texas, P.A., a 130 member multi-specialty physicians' group with 43 locations throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. With over 25 years of experience in health care leadership, Ms. Kennedy has led both companies from small beginnings to nationally recognized organizations.
Ms. Kennedy earned her undergraduate degree at UCLA and a Master's of Public Health degree from UCLA School of Public Health. At Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital in Whittier, California, she served as Director of Marketing and Planning, and then served as Vice President of Business Development.
Prior to joining Impel Management Services in October 1994, Ms. Kennedy served as senior executive for the Gallatin Medical Foundation of Downey, California, a multi- specialty medical group. Ms. Kennedy is also the past president of Women in Health Administration of Southern California.
Ms. Kennedy is a board member of the Center for Non-Profit Management and a member of the International Board of Visitors for the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth.
