The Medical Clinic of North Texas, P.A. (MCNT) is a dynamic physicians' group located in Dallas-Fort Worth. With 42 clinics in Arlington, Bedford, Benbrook, Burleson, Carrollton, Cleburne, Coppell, Cross Roads, Dallas, Denton, Farmers Branch, Flower Mound, Fort Worth, Frisco, Irving, Lake Worth, Mansfield, North Richland Hills, Plano, and Saginaw, MCNT offers convenient locations all around the metroplex.
MCNT physicians are board-certified primary care physicians and specialists who are committed to promoting good health and healthy lifestyles for their patients. Most importantly, our physicians place the patients' needs above all else. To focus more on the quality of patient care, they have chosen to have their business/administrative matters handled by Impel Management Services, L.L.C. located in North Richland Hills.
All MCNT locations are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., and some locations offer extended and weekend hours. Patients are seen by appointment only, but most of our physicians offer same-day sick visits. Chief Administrative Officer
Karen Kennedy is Chief Executive Officer of Impel Management Services, LLC, a physician Management Company, and Chief Administrative Officer of the Medical Clinic of North Texas, P.A., a 130 member multi-specialty physicians' group with 43 locations throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. With over 25 years of experience in health care leadership, Ms. Kennedy has led both companies from small beginnings to nationally recognized organizations.
Ms. Kennedy earned her undergraduate degree at UCLA and a Master's of Public Health degree from UCLA School of Public Health. At Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital in Whittier, California, she served as Director of Marketing and Planning, and then served as Vice President of Business Development.
Prior to joining Impel Management Services in October 1994, Ms. Kennedy served as senior executive for the Gallatin Medical Foundation of Downey, California, a multi- specialty medical group. Ms. Kennedy is also the past president of Women in Health Administration of Southern California.
Ms. Kennedy is a board member of the Center for Non-Profit Management and a member of the International Board of Visitors for the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth.
Chief Operating Officer
Patrick Adams, CPA, MBA, is the Chief Operating Officer for Medical Clinic of North Texas, P.A. and Impel Management Services, LLC. Mr. Adams oversees the operations of 150 physicians, 700 employees and 43 multi-specialty clinics in and around the metroplex.
Mr. Adams prior healthcare experience includes Sutter Physician Services, a subsidiary of Sutter Health in Sacramento, California where he served as Chief of Client Services to over 4,000 physicians serving 1.3 million patients. A graduate of San Diego State University, Patrick Adams earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and holds a Masters of Business Administration in operations and marketing from Seattle University.
Chief Financial Officer
Daniel Gutschenritter is Chief Financial Officer of Impel Management Services, LLC. Prior to joining Impel in 2009, Mr. Gutschenritter served as Chief Financial Officer for the Centers for Cancer and Blood Disorders located in Fort Worth, Texas. His prior healthcare experience also includes executive positions with Partners Imaging and International Radiology Group, both providers of nationwide radiological and imaging services.
Mr. Gutschenritter earned his undergraduate business degree at University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters Degree in Business from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
Chief Information Officer
Mike Yerrid, MBA, is the Chief Information Officer for Medical Clinic of North Texas, P.A. and Impel Management Services, L.L.C., with over 25 years of experience in data analysis and implementing and supporting medical practice management and EHR software. He earned his Bachelor's degree in biology and a Master's in Business Administration, both at Baylor University.
As CIO, Mike manages all aspects of computer technology, including implementation, training, development and support of the EHR and EPM systems and other technology-related initiatives. Mike also leads Impel Consulting Experts, a consulting organization focused on implementation, training, support, and software development for NextGen® EHR and practice management software.
Prior to joining MCNT, Mike served as the Manager of Client Services for Quality Systems Incorporated, where he was responsible for computer support and implementation of the QSI medical and dental practice management systems.
